Your mission To be the guarantor of quality assurance in production while respecting deadlines and safety instructions. Your major responsibilities • Analyze and manage non-conformities in the sector. • Define and make available control standards in collaboration with support functions. • Drive projects. • Implement and support the self-control approach. • Manage and monitor quality indicators. • Ensure that metrological tooling needs are covered. • Lead and coach problem-solving sessions. • Report and drive improvement opportunities. • Create control ranges according to generic ranges. Your background and skills • ES Technician training in microtechnics or a degree deemed equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of quality • Experience in watchmaking would be an asset • Analytical and organizational capacity • TQ1 training would be an asset • Knowledge of the crafts associated with the manufacturing of watch components • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an asset • Mastery of problem-solving tools • Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment • Interpersonal skills and good communication • Team spirit • Dynamism and flexibility Contract type: Permanent Occupation rate: Full-time
