In this responsible role, you will work in a versatile OR area of an established acute hospital in Central Switzerland and accompany surgical procedures with high professional competence, precision, and teamwork. For a modern primary care hospital in the Sarnen area, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF / a committed Dipl. Fachmann Operationstechnik HF with a passion for interdisciplinary cooperation and a professional OR daily routine. What awaits you in this responsible task

• Independent instrumenting and assisting activities during surgical procedures in various specialist areas
• Participation in the fields of surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, gynecology and obstetrics, ENT, urology, spinal surgery, and ophthalmology
• Ensuring smooth OR processes in close cooperation with interdisciplinary specialist departments
• Preparation, operation, and care of devices, instruments, and consumables
• Careful documentation of nursing activities including performance recording
• Shared responsibility for high patient safety and professional OR processes
• Support and guidance of HF students

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF / Dipl. Fachmann Operationstechnik HF or an equivalently recognized training
• Ideally professional experience in the OR area; committed career starters are also welcome
• High professional and social competence
