Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients with different clinical pictures
• Planning, controlling and implementing the nursing process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting relatives in all nursing-related questions

• Documentation and evaluation of nursing measures

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
