At the Regionalen Paketzentrum Untervaz, you will take over visitor tours and coordinate requests independently. With you, every visit becomes an unforgettable experience!   What you can achieve • You professionally guide visitors through the Regionale Paketzentrum Untervaz. • The planning and administrative processing of the tours are your responsibility. • Competent communication of information regarding facilities, processes, professions, and workflows in the parcel center are part of your area of responsibility. • You inspire participants with exciting insights into the journey of a parcel from dispatch to delivery.     What you bring with you • You have completed basic training. • Ideally, you bring practical knowledge from an activity at the Post. • You convince through strong communication skills, good manners, and an authentic appearance as a brand ambassador. • Organizational flair, initiative, and flexibility characterize you. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and understand Swiss German confidently.
