Collaborator Administrative Logistics/Purchases / Administrative Employee Logistics/Purchases - 60-100% Your missions • Ensure administrative management of purchases: orders, confirmation, and documentary management. • Ensure supplier monitoring: requests for quotes, monitoring of conditions, and coordination of deliveries. Depending on the profile: participation in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers • Guarantee logistical monitoring: stock movements, replenishments, and updating of data in the ERP. • Participate in the processing of supplier disputes and monitoring of non-conformities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and supplier/product monitoring. Your profile • CFC commercial employee or equivalent training. • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in purchasing or procurement. • Knowledge of purchasing processes and ease in administrative monitoring. • Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP (e.g., Opale). • Sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, and good relational skills. • Mastery of French, good level of German or English an asset. Your profile • Commercial specialist with EFZ or equivalent training. • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in purchasing or procurement. • Knowledge of purchasing processes and safe handling of administrative tasks. • Good command of Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Opale). • Organizational skills, carefulness, independence, and good interpersonal skills. • Fluent French skills, good German or English skills an advantage.
