Our team of approximately 20 people at the Saint-Gall branch experiences Private Banking with heart and commitment. We accompany wealthy private clients in an individual and personal manner and wish to be their first bank. As an assistant, you are a central pillar of our team. What you will accomplish

• As the first point of contact, you assist our wealthy private clients in a professional and competent manner and respond to their telephone inquiries.
• You support our client advisors in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, thereby contributing to optimal advice.
• Thanks to your expertise, you develop convincing investment proposals and thus make a valuable contribution to the success of our client management.
• In the absence of our client advisors, you ensure flawless administrative follow-up and guarantee continuity.
• Through your active participation in office tasks related to market processing, you contribute to making our processes efficient and customer-oriented.

What you bring

• A completed banking training or a comparable commercial training in the financial field constitutes your professional basis. Ongoing or completed continuing education at a university of applied sciences (HES) or a business school (HEG) is an advantage.
• You already have initial experience in the banking sector and a great interest in deepening your knowledge in the field of investments.
• Respect and mastery in contact with clients come naturally to you.
• With excellent knowledge of allemand and strong communication skills, you convince during personal and telephone contacts.
• Your assured presence and reliable way of working make you a valuable asset to our team.
