We are recruiting on behalf of a fiduciary based in Lausanne for a Mandate Manager - Certified Auditor at 80-100%.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Manage limited audit mandates autonomously;
• Plan and perform audit work;
• Ensure follow-up and relationships with a clientele mainly composed of SMEs;
• Participate in the development of new mandates;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality system;
• Participate in the digitalization projects of the fiduciary;
• Ultimately, support and supervise junior profiles.

Profile sought:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fiduciary services;
• ASR Certified Auditor accreditation or Certified Audit Expert;
• Complete autonomy on limited audit mandates;
• Very good mastery of auditing standards and Swiss legal requirements;
• Ease in client relations;
• Interest in digitalization, IT tools, and AI;
• Rigorous, autonomous, versatile profile with a good team spirit.
