Rüti ZH (and home office) | 80-80% | This is the contribution you can make * Inspect ongoing deployments of civil service personnel on-site * Maintain a portfolio: Check the recognition of deployment companies, check submitted documents, conduct training, assessment, and mediation interviews with institutions, as well as issue corresponding decisions in German * Advise interested institutions and support already recognized deployment companies * Mediate in case of difficulties during deployments of civil service personnel and develop suitable measures with the deployment company * Assign civil service personnel to deployment companies ex officio What makes you unique * (Technical) university degree, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity * Clear communication when dealing with various stakeholder groups * Respectful conduct of conversations and appropriate use of means for conflict resolution * Experience in demanding correspondence as well as proficient use of IT applications * Independent work organization * High willingness to travel (Driver's license Cat. B is a requirement) * Good active knowledge of two official languages In a nutshell The regional center Rüti (ZH) supports civil service personnel (Zivis) and deployment companies from Zurich and Eastern Switzerland. Employees ensure customer-friendly and correct processing of civil service deployments. As a specialist, you support deployment companies in the cantons of St. Gallen, Appenzell, Thurgau, Schaffhausen, Zürich, Glarus and Graubünden. You check recognitions and carry out inspections. A varied field of activity awaits you in a learning organization in a constantly changing environment. In doing so, you work 2 days per week in Rüti. On the remaining days, you are in the field, home office or in the office as required.
