Teamleader (m/f/x) Production \- hydraulic assembly Your missions As a Teamleader, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance with safety rules at work, health protection, and the environment for the employees in your team, You manage production in accordance with safety, quality, volume, and cost objectives, You animate and monitor the Shopfloors in a detailed manner and according to standards, You develop the versatility of your team, You develop and monitor production planning in consultation with the planning department, You coordinate the management of scrap and non-conforming parts, You develop continuous improvement in terms of quality and productivity, You participate in quality meetings for the implementation of corrective actions, You ensure the monitoring of first-level maintenance for your sector, You implement LEAN continuous improvement activities and tools. Your profile You hold a CFC as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by training in team management, You have more than 5 years of experience in industry and/or team management, You speak French fluently and have knowledge of English, You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite, Sharepoint, as well as an ERP, a production management system, You are an autonomous, flexible person with good communication skills. You stand out by your leadership and your ability to take initiative.
