Socioprofessional Respondent

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a socioprofessional respondent capable of accompanying and ensuring the follow-up of beneficiaries throughout their journey within the structure. Socioprofessional Respondent Atelier 93 – Site de Neuchâtel Activity rate: 50% to 80% Depending on the selected applications and the needs of the structure Type of contract: Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026 Your missions: Ensure the socioprofessional follow-up of beneficiaries in AI, ISP or other insertion measures. Conduct intake, follow-up and assessment interviews. Observe and evaluate the evolution of beneficiaries throughout their journey. Write reports and assessments intended for institutional partners. Collaborate with networks and members of the management team. Contribute to the development of autonomy and skills of beneficiaries. Your profile: Training in social, socio-educational, professional integration fields or significant experience in accompanying people in insertion pathways. Experience in accompanying people in professional insertion or reinsertion. Knowledge of AI, ISP or socioprofessional insertion devices: an asset. Excellent relational skills and ease in writing professional reports. Sense of organization, autonomy and team spirit.
