For one of our clients, a recognized player in the field of precision mechanics, we are looking for several experienced Swiss-turners to reinforce its production teams

Whether you specialize in Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic, we wish to discover your background and your technical skills.

Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic Swiss-turner

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure setups, start-ups and production monitoring on CNC and/or conventional Swiss-turning machines
• Perform series changes, tool corrections and adjustments necessary for production
• Guarantee the manufacture of high-precision parts in compliance with quality requirements
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts using suitable measuring instruments
• Identify any malfunctions and provide the necessary corrections
• Participate in the optimization of machining parameters and the continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure routine care and first-level maintenance of the equipment

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic or an equivalent training
• You benefit from confirmed experience in the field of Swiss-turning and precision mechanics
• You master at least one of the following types of machines: Tornos (Deco, EvoDeco, SwissNano), Citizen or Escomatic
• You possess good knowledge in reading technical drawings and dimensional inspection
• You have knowledge in CAM, a serious asset
• You are recognized for your precision, your autonomy and your sense of responsibility
• You appreciate teamwork and know how to adapt to production requirements
