Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil, and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups.### Your field of responsibility

• Ensuring individual and professional care and support of our residents
• Organization and coordination of workflows and activities
• Assistance with care assessment (RAI)
• Regular assumption of daily responsibility
• Participation in interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapies, activation, as well as case management
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of good care quality in the residential group and in the Q-group
• Supporting our training officers in the training of apprentices

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a comparable training with corresponding SRK recognition
• Great empathy in the care and support of our residents
• Interest in leadership
• Teamwork skills
• Joy in improving and implementing care quality
• Good oral and written German skills
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer
