Tasks & Challenges

• Management of the financial accounting in cooperation with a small team
• Overall responsibility for the main, subsidiary, and real estate accounting
• Preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR as well as periodic closings
• Support in liquidity planning
• Ensuring the correct settlement of HNK settlements
• Analysis and optimization of existing workflows as well as the development of efficient and transparent processes
• Further development of financial processes and systems used
• Implementation, maintenance, and further development of the internal control system (IKS)
• Central contact person for auditing, banks, authorities, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Competencies

• Commercial basic training with further training towards the federal diploma of higher education (eidg. Fachausweis) in finance and accounting or expert in accounting and controlling
• Several years of experience in leading a financial accounting department, ideally in a real estate environment
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to OR as well as security in closing statements
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of responsibility, process design, and continuous improvement
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems, Abacus an advantage
• Native German language
