Job Description ##

• Ensure the supply of various components intended for OMEGA workshops and service centers worldwide.
• Analyze replenishment needs according to consumption, stocks and the needs of our customers
• Establish requests for quotations, purchase orders and follow the complete administrative flow (confirmations, invoices, returns management, etc.)
• Regular contact with your suppliers (visits, regular update of portfolios).
• Management and optimization of end-of-life stock processes and associated operations
• Establishment of statistics related to the department in collaboration with the manager.

Profile ##

• You benefit from a commercial or technical training
• Proven experience in the field of purchasing (ideally in the watch industry)
• Proven experience in the field of analysis and management of projects related to purchasing and/or supply
• Good knowledge of the SAP operating system
• Of an open and communicative nature, you demonstrate a very good sense of negotiation and a strong analytical spirit. Favoring teamwork, customer satisfaction is your main objective
• Native French speaker (or German with good understanding of the French language)
