Expert: Educational Development & Vocational Training (60–100%) The Rajendra & Joshi Foundation (JCF) has been committed for over 20 years to the establishment and further development of basic vocational training in India. In its own training centers, specialists are trained in technical and practice-oriented professions – with growing impact, including at national vocational championships such as the IndiaSkills. The programs are based on the Swiss dual vocational training system and rely on high quality standards, uniform training structures and practical implementation. The focus is on the further development and transfer of curriculum structures into the Indian context with the aim of sustainably anchoring competency-oriented and auditable training programs. For the further implementation and further development of the curricula, we are looking for a structured, practice-oriented, strong-implementation and committed personality as Expert: Educational Development & Vocational Training (60–100%) Tasks Further development of curricula and vocational training programs according to defined standards Development of competency-oriented educational plans, learning objectives and qualification profiles Design of training, schooling and examination models (Outcome-Based Education) Ensuring the consistent transfer of vocational training standards Analysis and optimization of existing programs Creation, maintenance and structuring of teaching and training documents Profile Experience in vocational training (OdA, professional associations, vocational school etc.) Experience in curriculum development or educational programs Knowledge of competency-oriented educational approaches / OBE an advantage Structured, precise and strong-implementation way of working Very good German and English skills Proficient in handling MS Office (especially Excel) Willingness for occasional assignments in India Benefits Meaningful task with direct impact on educational development International projects with high professional relevance Scope for design in the further development of vocational training structures Collegial, professional environment with short decision-making paths Flexible work design including remote component Organization with long-standing, stable anchoring in the education sector jpidf193abajm jit0728jm jiy26jm
