In addition to care, you will ensure practical daily help, accompanying our clients in household tasks and activities of daily living. You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to maintaining the well-being of our clients. What we are looking for: • A CFC d-ASSC or a title deemed equivalent ; • Experience in the field of home help and care would be an asset ; • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently ; • Knowledge of the sanitary, social and associative network of the canton ; • Reflexivity and an ability to adapt ; • Mastery of usual IT tools ; • Person with a vehicle.
