Your tasks In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for a small team of up to 10 warehouse employees and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse together. Your main tasks: Technical and organizational leadership of your team in daily business Planning and coordination of goods inflows and outflows Ensuring correct picking and warehouse management Participation in operational activities such as loading and unloading, storing and retrieving goods Control and booking of goods movements in the system Participation in inventories and process improvements Your profile Completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ SUVA-recognized forklift license mandatory First leadership experience in a warehouse environment Reliable, responsible personality with a role model function Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage Impeccable criminal record enjoyment of teamwork and a high level of quality awareness We offer Responsible leadership position with scope for design Contemporary employment conditions and a secure working environment Collegial team with an open, family-like culture Opportunities for professional and personal development
