Your tasks:

🩺 Care and support of our residents – professional, empathetic and resource-oriented

🤝 Collaboration in the entire care process in close cooperation with the registered nurses

🏡 Co-shaping a homely, safe and respectful environment

🎓 Accompanying and supporting apprentices as well as new employees

💡 Active participation in a high quality of care and support

📋 Taking over daily responsibility (if registered house responsibility is present)

What you bring with you:

✅ Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

💙 Joy in dealing with elderly people

🏥 Experience in long-term care is an advantage

🤲 Sense of responsibility, empathy and organizational talent

🤝 Independent way of working and team spirit

🇩🇪 Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

📚 Interest in personal and professional development

💻 Good IT user skills
