Nursing Specialist HF with Additional RAI Responsibility Function Your tasks Professional and individual care and support for residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of promoting process care Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures in accordance with the criteria of the nursing process and in consultation with the residents concerned and their reference persons. Co-design of optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all services involved in the care and support process Assumption of daily responsibility Careful and complete management of nursing documentation Exact recording of care and support services as well as nursing and consumable materials used. RAI Responsibility: Conducting and ensuring timely RAI assessments in accordance with legal and operational requirements. Responsibility for the correct classification of care needs and nursing classification of residents. Creation, review, and ongoing update of individual care planning based on assessment results. Ensuring complete, professional, and traceable nursing documentation. Advising and supporting nursing specialists in the application of the RAI system and care planning. Monitoring assessment deadlines and ensuring data quality and completeness of documentation.
