In order to strengthen our Insurance Training team, a true driver of the skill development of our employees in insurance professions, and to continue the development of innovative and impactful professional training solutions, we are looking for an Expert/Experte Formation Insurance Training. The position is based in Lausanne or in Berne and involves regular travel to the other site.
The missions that await you:
Identify the training needs of the sales and customer support teams in collaboration with the relevant departments
Design and deploy training paths adapted to professional needs, in person, remotely, and via blended learning
Develop and evolve existing training systems, particularly basic training, AFA certifications, and the professional training catalog
Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups and lead training projects in collaboration with various internal and external partners
Conduct professional training and support trainers, tutors, and mentors in their mission
Guarantee the quality, updating, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone)
What makes you unique:
French as a native language and a B2 level in German
Holder of a federal diploma in insurance or equivalent training
Experience in the insurance field as well as solid technical knowledge, ideally at federal diploma level
Expertise in pedagogical engineering and in the development of training, particularly in e-learning and blended learning
Solid experience in project management, in facilitating working groups, and in change management support
Good knowledge of sales and customer support processes as well as a strong customer orientation
Capable of transmitting complex content in a simple and engaging manner
