In our dynamic team of over 20 ICT, coaching and assessment specialists, you will professionally accompany job seekers through the ICT location assessment. In doing so, you will use modern work tools such as Salesforce, a specialist assessment developed together with Swiss ICT, as well as a Learning Management System that specifically supports our participants in the learning and application process. For our offering ICT location assessment in Zürich-Binz, we are looking for you as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement as a Coach / Course Instructor 60-80% for job seekers in the ICT sector (German/English). Your tasks * You provide individual coaching for job seekers in the application process, including ICT specialist assessments, professional location assessment and application documents in DE and EN * You conduct application workshops (group setting) using the Inverted Classroom method, including the use of the learning platform in DE and EN * You perform case-accompanying administrative and planning tasks, including writing reports. * You are the contact person for the RAV personnel consultants * You participate in professional exchange and internal further training Your profile * Tertiary degree FH/HF * Qualified coaching further training (federal degree such as SCA, BSO, CAS, betrieblicher Mentorin, etc.) At least 2 years of experience in coaching/outplacement * SVEB 1 certificate and at least 2 years of experience in adult education * Verifiable experience/specialist knowledge of the labor market (ICT industry and ICT professions) * German/English as native language or level C1/C2 * High social competence as well as communication skills * Independent personality with good presentation skills and a positive view of humanity Our offering * A dynamic team of coaching and assessment specialists * Modern digital infrastructure: Salesforce (CRM), myICT Web-application and LMS * Recognized specialist assessment in cooperation with Swiss ICT * Blended learning approach with Inverted Classroom * High degree of creative freedom in coaching and methodological implementation * Flexible mandate basis with fair compensation Interested?
