Your tasks

• Professional and holistic nursing and care of patients and residents
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
• Implementation of demanding nursing and medical-technical measures
• Implementation of medical prescriptions and coordination of the necessary nursing measures
• Recognition and assessment of changes in health status as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Professional and complete nursing documentation
• Advice and support for the persons being cared for as well as their relatives
• Close cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Active participation in a high quality of nursing and care

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Joy in nursing and daily contact with people
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• High professional and social competence as well as empathy
• Team spirit and a positive personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends
