If your heart beats for real estate, you are motivated and goal-oriented, and you also like to work in a team, then we look forward to your application as Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung (m/w/d) Zug, 80-100% You will be responsible for: • You are responsible for supporting the team in all administrative tasks within the location to ensure a smooth process • As the first point of contact on site, you will take over customer care and be responsible for the initial contact with customers and tenants • Communication with tenants, janitorial services, crafts businesses, and authorities is part of your tasks to ensure effective information exchange • You are responsible for conducting final settlements and deposit closures as well as for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to crafts businesses, and monitoring the work • The accounting, processing, and further charging of creditor orders and invoices as well as the debtor control and processing of the reminder system also fall within your area of responsibility This is why you will succeed: • You have a completed commercial basic training and preferably the Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung or the willingness to complete this further training • You have already gained initial professional experience as a Sachbearbeiter:in (advantageous in the real estate industry or similar) • You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality • An independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills qualify you in dealing with different groups of people • You communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in writing Here are some of our benefits: • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
