Your missions Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to: Guarantee production in accordance with quality, quantity, and deadline objectives. Operate CNC grinding and finishing machines (3 axes and 5 axes). Perform quality controls in accordance with the control ranges and defined plans. Perform computer entries related to production and quality monitoring. Read and interpret manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric dimensioning). Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by proposing optimization axes. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomaly. Your profile Hold a CFC in Micromécanicien(ne), a CFC in Praticien(ne) en mécanique, or a training deemed equivalent. Experience in operating 3 axes and 5 axes CNC machines. Experience in grinding and/or finishing of precision components. Good mastery of reading technical plans. Comfortable with production IT tools.
