You work in the newly founded team in the area of Global Portfolio Management and support the following focal points: You coordinate the global product portfolio requirements and network with various internal organizations. You take over the management of portfolio databases, implement IT tools and create KPI dashboards and reports for success measurement. Participating in portfolio-driven projects is one of your main tasks, including communication with stakeholders. In the team, you actively shape the implementation of special projects and thus also contribute significantly to the success and further development of our company. Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar (FH/Uni) and the concrete intention to take up a Master's degree in Switzerland. Personality and way of working: You have the ability to work independently and are at the same time a strong team player. You like to take the initiative and take on responsibility. Experience and know-how: You bring experience with data analysis tools and software (especially Power BI). Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, as well as a pronounced product understanding and product affinity characterize you. Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in a global and cross-functional environment and are interested in strategic portfolio topics. Languages: Very good English skills. German is an advantage. The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed Bachelor graduates who want to pursue a Master's degree. In the first phase, the so-called company phase, you will gain 12 - max 18 months of practical experience to familiarize yourself with technical and business management contexts. The second phase includes the Master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis.
