Your task

In the small team, you will build up the offerings of Phase 2. In Phase 2, young adults discover various work and activity fields and get to know their interests and abilities better. In the large team, you share responsibility for the professional further development of the agogic work and the implementation of our vision. You design life orientation offerings for young adults with support needs aged 18 and over and support them in their personal development. Your goal is to strengthen self-determination and actively enable equal social participation, as well as to support young people in developing and achieving life goals. You implement health-related and nursing services in everyday life professionally, safely, and with a focus on quality.

In doing so, you ensure:

Self-determination, by enabling and strengthening decision-making for the young adults

Respect, by meeting the young adults at eye level

Participation, by designing inclusive learning, working, and social spaces

Your main tasks:

• Individual accompaniment of young adults with support needs based on professional specialist standards in our internal and external work, education, and participation offerings
• Development, design, and implementation of realistic, inclusive offerings and learning fields
• Support in nursing and health matters as well as promotion of independence.
• Participatory development of individual development goals as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation of participation and status meetings.
• Process responsibility for approx. 5 young adults.
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies.
• Shared responsibility for occupational safety as well as safe and reliable work processes.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Specialist in Care (Fachperson Betreuung), or comparable training
• Several years of experience in accompanying people with support needs
• Knowledge of quality and documentation requirements.
• High social and communication competence
• Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality, enjoyment of cooperation, and of independent design and development
• Appreciative, reflective, and inclusive basic attitude
• Identification with the principles of self-determination, participation, and inclusion
