Your responsibilities ###

• You assume the autonomous follow-up and telephone advice of our clients regarding benefits.
• You control and process outpatient benefit cases according to rates, contracts and insurance coverages.
• You manage the administrative part of your client portfolio.
• Your interlocutors are the insured, doctors, hospitals, therapists as well as employees from other departments of CONCORDIA.

Your profile ###

• You possess a basic medical training (medical assistant or pharmacy assistant, druggist) combined with continuous commercial training or professional experience in administration.
• Or a basic commercial training with a health insurance fund.
• Your native language is French and you have good knowledge of German (an asset).
• You are looking for a varied and demanding activity.
• You work autonomously, precisely and quickly.
• Do you know MS Office well? This is not a problem for you!
• You appreciate administrative tasks and are comfortable with correspondence.
