Junior Construction Director - 100% Permanent Position Job Description On behalf of our client, an architectural and real estate project management firm based in Geneva and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior Construction Director as part of a 100% permanent position. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the monitoring of various projects in the fields of energy renovation, industrial buildings, commerce, offices, and interior design. You will benefit from close support from a senior Construction Director to progressively develop your autonomy and skills in the specificities of the Swiss market. Desired start date between early and late September 2026, with flexibility according to availability. Main Missions Ensure the monitoring and coordination of construction and renovation sites Participate in the preparation and pre-execution phases of projects Carry out tenders and calls for tenders Perform measurements and participate in budget estimates Contribute to the establishment of site schedules Make regular visits to construction sites and ensure monitoring of work progress Coordinate the different stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality Participate in the administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites Consult and exploit the necessary technical plans for the proper execution of projects We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: Higher education in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or equivalent field First professional experience in the construction or site monitoring sector Experience in Switzerland of at least 1 year desired Good understanding of construction processes and specificities of the Swiss market Ability to carry out tenders, measurements, and cost estimates Knowledge of the different phases of a construction project Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel Familiarity with technical plans and software such as ArchiCAD Knowledge of the Messerli software, an asset Motivated, rigorous, and desirous of evolving in the direction of works personality Team spirit, sense of organization, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals Ability to work on several projects simultaneously jpid3d82493jm jpit0626jm jpiy26jm
