We are looking for an experienced leadership personality with the necessary know-how to successfully lead and develop a motivated team in our dynamic environment. Your area of responsibility ## • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the operational electricians team • Ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of the electrical infrastructure • Planning and coordination of electrical work as well as resource planning • Compliance and application of safety and quality standards • Management of electrical modifications and sub-projects • Coaching and development of employees • Collaboration with internal departments and external partners Your skills ## • Completed training as an electrical installer CFC or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in the operation of electrical installations, ideally in the field of data centers • Experience in team management • In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards • Structured and responsible way of working • Excellent social and communication skills • Continuing education in the electrical field desired Our offer ## You will find a warm and collegial environment with us.
