We are looking for a committed leader to lead and develop a six-member team that provides services for our underwriting activities. In doing so, we offer a wide range of standardized and individual insurance, legal protection, as well as financial security in the area of Credit & Surety.     What awaits you   • Leadership and development of the Underwriting Services team in the Credit, Surety & CLP sector • Ensuring continuity and stability in the provision of services and securing an excellent customer experience • Optimization and further development of processes within your own area of responsibility • Co-design of cross-divisional initiatives for product, system, and process development • Actively maintaining dialogue with teams from related areas of activity   What you bring with you • Several years of experience in operational leadership • No professional experience in the area of Credit, Surety & CLP or generally in the insurance environment necessary • Initiative, reliability, and integrity, combined with high social competence and assertiveness • Strong leadership skills to develop your team in a changing environment • Transformation strength to increase process efficiency and quality • Fluent German skills as well as at least one other national language or English • A degree or further training in the field of business administration or process optimization is an advantage but not a requirement   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
