For our long-standing customer, Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an Operator Reagents Operations ================================ Background: Roche Diagnostics Sensor & Cartridge (S&C) Operations Rotkreuz consists of experts in the manufacture and testing of electrochemical electrodes, thick-layer sensor cartridges, and calibration and cleaning fluids for blood gas analysis devices. Roche's Blood Gas & Electrolyte (BG&E) systems are groundbreaking diagnostic systems that deliver fast and reliable results that are crucial for patient well-being. They are used in intensive care units, emergency rooms, and neonatal wards, as well as in operating rooms. At Fluid Pack Assembly, up to 80'000 cartridges with various buffer and calibration solutions are produced annually. The production team consists of around 25 people, including 2 shift leaders and 2 team leaders. As an Operator Reagents Operations, you will assemble and test fluid packs on semi-automated systems. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Independent operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production systems • Timely and high-quality assembly of modules and cobas b123 Fluid Pack Cartridges • Working in a 2-shift operation • Support with cleaning work, troubleshooting, and maintenance work • All mentioned activities are to be carried out in accordance with GMP, quality, and hygiene regulations as well as occupational safety guidelines • Support with inventory, scrapping, booking, and goods receipt inspections • Taking on assigned additional tasks in production by shift leaders and team leads • Permanent optimization of the work process for quality and efficiency improvement Must Haves: • Completed vocational training • Willingness for 2-shift operation • German language skills at least B2 • Quick comprehension as well as reliable and precise working methods • Motivated, committed, and service-oriented personality • Communicative, open, team-oriented, and implementation-strong • Interested in the production chain from start to finish Nice to haves: • GxP and production experience are an advantage What we offer: • An opportunity to work for one of the most important pharmaceutical companies in the world • Modern campus with plenty of green spaces and meeting areas • Central location with highway access and train station nearby • Varied activity profile • Home office possibility • Further training opportunities through temptraining • Collaboration in a dynamic and motivated team • Good compensation You can send your complete application documents to Mr. Severin Räfle.
