As Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) 80% - 100% You ensure proper accounting for Carl Zeiss AG and Carl Zeiss Vision AG You are responsible for asset accounting, including asset reporting, investment planning, and periodic inventories Your exciting range of tasks includes working on the general ledger (allocations, provisions, account reconciliations, permanent bookings) and managing leasing contracts according to IFRS 16 You are responsible for managing the bank and treasury area (accounts, powers of attorney, payment processes, liquidity monitoring) You are in charge of travel expense management (system maintenance, training, process monitoring, and policy maintenance) You coordinate tax and authority notifications and work with external partners You contribute to monthly and annual closures, including reconciliations, analyses, and collaboration with auditors You serve as the interface function to Shared Service Centers in the areas of debtors and creditors, including monitoring of payment and dunning processes You actively contribute to projects and drive the continuous development and optimization of our financial processes You work as an SAP coordinator in the FI area (authorizations, tests, process assurance) You ensure backup within the finance team and support in the region (CH/AT/SEE) You are exactly right for us if ...
