Secretary for a plastering and painting company

Your mission:

Management of reception, calls, e-mails and correspondence.
Commercial management: offers, quotes, invoicing, payments and orders.
Organization of appointments and updating of client/supplier files.
Administrative follow-up of construction sites: documents, measurements, permits and certificates.
Administrative management of personnel: hours, absences, holidays, illnesses and salaries.
Communication with clients, suppliers, architects and other stakeholders.
Filing, archiving and management of routine administrative tasks.
Support to management in the organization and follow-up of the company.

Your profile:

Experience:
Solid experience in plastering-painting and good knowledge of the construction sector and construction sites.
Administrative skills: mastery of quotes, offers, invoices, work progress reports, measurements and accounts receivable follow-up.
IT: mastery of Baubit, Atrois and Microsoft Office.
Organization: autonomy, rigor, reliability, management of priorities, deadlines and several files simultaneously.
Communication: excellent written and oral French, good spelling and ease with clients, suppliers, architects and employees.
Personal qualities: sense of responsibility, discretion, stress resistance, initiative, ability to resolve unforeseen events and sense of service.

Mobility: driver's license and vehicle appreciated, ideally resident in the canton of Vaud.
