Work Integration Specialist (80 %)

Your tasks

• You assess professional resources and conduct assessments of current status with the clients.
• You develop integration strategies and manage their implementation process.
• You conduct individual coaching on work-integration issues.
• You work closely with internal case managers and partner organizations.
• You seek contact with employers in the primary labor market and develop solutions with them for the sustainable work integration of our clients.
• You write reports and handle administrative tasks.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in job placement, the social sector, or human resources.
• You enjoy working with people from different professional and social backgrounds.
• You bring a high degree of initiative with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
• You have no hesitation in contacting employers and can be convincing in contact.
• Successful work integration motivates you and difficult integration processes do not throw you off balance.

In the Sozialen Diensten, around 150 employees work for residents in emergency situations. We advise and support them in the areas of subsistence security, adult protection, as well as social and professional integration.

The position is assigned to the guideline function "Social Pedagogue, Social Worker, Socio-cultural Animator 2, salary classes 12-14".
