The Groupe Téléverbier offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators. Server # Afin to complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Téléverbier is looking for its « Restauration » department : Your missions: \- Perform cleaning, setup, and table setting tasks for the restaurant; \- Set up service stations, wine glasses, cutlery, bread baskets, check holders; \- Welcome the client upon arrival at the restaurant, seat them at a table, and present the drinks menu and then the food menu; \- Take orders and manage the service flow for the tables in their section; \- Clear tables, reset them for the next services, and put away equipment; \- Prepare coffees, drinks, and manage the bar to replace colleagues; \- Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards; \- Intervene with the client within the limits of their responsibilities; \- Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness in the dining room, terraces and surroundings of the restaurant, customer and staff restrooms, as well as the changing rooms; \- Participate in supply and logistics; \- Participate in snow removal from the restaurant terraces; \- Participate in the disposal of waste related to operations. Your profile: \- Sense of welcome, dining room work, and customer service; \- Good interpersonal skills and perfect mastery of client relationship codes; \- In-depth knowledge of service rules and techniques; \- Mastery of fluent English, and a third language, a plus: \- Good team spirit; \- Excellent presentation and punctuality; \- Dynamism and good resistance to stress; \- Commercial flair (capable of stimulating cross-selling and upselling); \- Sense of organization; \- Good level of skiing/snowboarding in order to be able to reach the workplace in all conditions (black run, fresh snow, fog...); \- Prior knowledge of the restaurant offering, food and wine menu; \- Knowledge of the station and ski area events (cabin schedules, names of surrounding mountains,...).
