To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile personality who will support us both in kitchen planning as well as in organization and administration and becomes an important interface within our company.

Your tasks:
You support us from the initial planning to the order confirmation and simultaneously ensure that everything is organized in the background.

• Your tasks include, among others:
• Planning and drawing kitchens and interior designs with Winner Flex
• Creating and processing offers
• Incorporating customer wishes and changes into the planning
• Preparing documents for customer appointments and sampling
• Creating order confirmations and project documentation
• Taking on general administrative and organizational tasks
• Supporting email correspondence and internal processes
• Coordinating appointments, documents, and pending items
• Relieving our management in day-to-day business
• Communicating with suppliers, partners, and customers
• Thinking actively and helping to further develop our internal processes

In short: You are an important organizational hub of our office and a real support for the management.

What you bring with you:

• Ideally, you already have experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior design planning.
• Winner Flex knowledge is very important for this position.
• Knowledge of a CAD program is an additional advantage.

Furthermore, we desire:

• Good spatial and design understanding
• A structured and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of organization and administration
• Confidence in dealing with customers and business partners
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Very good German skills
• Italian language skills are a big plus
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and thinking ahead
