What you bring with you

• Training in informatics or business informatics (HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification
• Sound professional experience in the ERP environment and confident communication with different stakeholders - from specialist departments to management
• Independent, efficient way of working as well as proactive and forward-looking thinking
• IT affinity, technical know-how, and enthusiasm for digitalization and process optimization
• Rapid comprehension, joy of learning, and a good understanding of customer needs and practical solutions

• You play a central role in Abacus projects: Through targeted needs analyses, you recognize optimization potential and actively contribute to sustainably increasing the efficiency of business processes and interfaces
• You develop well-thought-out and user-friendly solutions and introduce them precisely for our users
• You continuously develop the Abacus system further and implement release changes proactively
• With commitment and expertise, you advise, support, and train our internal key users
• You coordinate cooperation with external partners, actively shape solutions, and monitor the quality of the services provided
• You ensure reliable user and license management
