The reformed Kirchgemeinde Bümpliz shapes the future! As a generation church, we are present in multicultural Bümpliz and have a global outlook. We are there for all people and support where we can. In addition to our offers for children, youth, migrants, families, parents, and seniors, we opened the public meeting place Wolke85 (café, offers, and events) in 2025 and operate it successfully. Our child and youth work comprises 130 percent positions. The youth workers operate the youth center «Speedy» in Kleefeld, provide offers for children and youth in the neighborhoods (holiday offers), and participate in church child and youth work (holiday camps, KUW). Children and youth visit and use Wolke85. Your tasks • Together with a team colleague, you lead our youth center Speedy (on Friday evenings, 12 - 20 years). • You carry out open offers for children and youth with employees and volunteers (Wednesday or Friday afternoons). • Advise and support children, youth, and parents. • Together with team colleagues and pastors, you shape KUW, Christmas theater, church events, and camps for children and youth. • You initiate participatory and preventive projects - also across generations. • Seek out target groups and develop needs-based offers with key persons. • You participate in events of the church, the Sozialdiakonie, and other providers (neighborhood festivals). • Promote offers and events of the child and youth work - also via social media. Experience fulfillment and joy with us if you can affirm some of these statements • Social or pedagogical degree at FH or HF level. • I can demonstrate my experience in child and youth work. • I think and act in a social-space-oriented manner. • Key persons are an essential success factor for me. • I perceive the unforeseen as a chance and I act in a forward-looking, structured manner. • I have the possibility to work also on weekends, evenings, and in individual weeks during the school holidays. • Enjoyment in dealing with digital media and social media. • I stand for Christian values with openness.
