The company is currently looking for a quality manager to strengthen its organization and ensure the compliance of production processes with the high standards of the sector, with key responsibilities centered on quality, continuous improvement, and non-conformity management.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You drive the implementation of a rigorous quality policy throughout the front-end production in order to guarantee the operational excellence indispensable to the satisfaction of customer requirements and industrial standards
• You organize and lead statistical process control actions (SPC, MSA) and process control to optimize line performance and reduce non-conformities in a semiconductor context
• You anticipate and manage complex cases of non-conformity by coordinating root cause analyses and ensuring structured follow-up of action plans towards a return to standard
• You coordinate process change as the guarantor of the change control committee, evaluating operational risks and securing the supply chain
• You conduct internal audits and participate in supplier/customer audits to ensure the alignment of practices with certifications and market expectations
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and drive continuous improvement opportunities and relevant performance indicators

You offer your new employer

• You possess an engineering degree in electronics, microelectronics, physics, or an equivalent discipline demonstrating solid skills in manufacturing and quality systems
• You have significant experience in quality within the semiconductor industry
• You have perfect command of French and English, both written and oral, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You are recognized for your collaborative leadership, your analytical sense, and your ability to encourage a team towards high standards of excellence
