Your tasks consist of ...
ensuring needs-oriented and professional care as well as support for the residents.
taking over the personnel and professional leadership of the employees on the night shift with a focus on care quality, team stability, and process reliability.
conducting employee and development meetings as well as participating in personnel clarifications.
supporting the recruitment process professionally and introducing new employees in a structured manner.
advising employees in complex care situations, providing situational coaching, and participating in direct care if required.
ensuring economic and quality-assured service delivery including correct documentation.
implementing and monitoring quality and hygiene specifications.
working closely with the House Management and actively developing the organization of the night shift.
participating in or leading projects.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
have a degree as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / zum dipl. Pflegefachmann (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor Pflege FH.
can demonstrate a leadership training CAS or a comparable training or are willing to complete it.
ideally already bring experience in a leadership position.
have in-depth specialist knowledge in long-term care.
recognize structural improvement potential in the night shift and actively contribute to it.
view processes in a resource-oriented manner and act with quality awareness.
are flexible, motivated, a team player, and resilient.

With over 320 committed employees, we offer not only a wide spectrum of care and support but also specialized support for people with dementia and in Palliative Care. Additionally, we stand by our residents in case of acute medical needs and offer holistic and caring care in old age. Our offer is supplemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
