Your tasks

• Efficient management of mandate accounting
• Compilation of annual accounts for the filing of accounts with the KESB
• Management of tax files and preparation of intra- and extra-cantonal tax returns for clients
• Taking charge of and processing administrative tasks related to mandate management
• General administrative management tasks

Your profile

• Basic commercial training, preferably in public administration
• Knowledge in accounting
• Experience in preparing tax returns
• Very reliable mastery of MS Office programs (notably Word, Excel, Outlook), ideally you know KLIB
• Reliable, fast, and precise working method with a high degree of flexibility
• You are goal- and solution-oriented, dynamic, and motivated
• You possess humor as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills

Your working environment

The Zug mandate center, as a service of the Office de la protection de l'enfant et de l'adulte, executes civil measures. It is divided into four sub-domains (adult protection, child protection, administration, and accounting). The service includes approximately 35 people and apprentices in the field of social work and administration.
