Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional, but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained, and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site.
Your tasks:
Maintenance of the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings
Maintenance of green spaces
Execute inspection tasks autonomously
Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting
Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies
Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors
Manage small repair projects
Snow removal
Technical on-call duty according to schedule
Your profile:
CFC operations agent or a title deemed equivalent
Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology)
Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
Proficiency in French
Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Driving license mandatory (service car provided)
Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication
Interpersonal and service skills
Ability to work alone or in a team
