Job Description

• Carrying semi-heavy but repetitive loads
• Work in a humid environment
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and sanitation procedures within the factory
• Control the compliance of installations, equipment, and personnel practices
• Participate in the development and updating of the HACCP plan
• Collaborate with the production, maintenance, and quality teams

Profile sought

• Education Bac +2 to Bac +5 in hygiene, quality, food safety or equivalent field
• Experience in the food industry desired
• Good knowledge of HACCP standards, ISO, and sanitary regulations
• Rigor, sense of observation, and analytical spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
