Start of employment immediately or by arrangement Tasks <br /> • Producing doughs, mixtures, baked goods and breads (table work) • Operating the ovens and baking focaccia and sweet pastries • Preparing and processing glazes and fillings • Set-up and presentation of the assortment • Direct customer contact in our open natural bakery • Preparing cakes, gateaux, daily desserts and patisserie • General preparatory work and mise en place • Occupational safety, hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards <br /> Requirements <br /> • Enjoyment in handling baked goods • Professional experience as a baker or completed baker apprenticeship EFZ/EBA • Good German skills • Positive charisma, friendly and motivated • Team player, good organizational skills • Flexible in terms of time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts) • Criminal record certificate without entries (required for the security area of the airport) <br /> What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic working environment in which you can contribute your skills and your personality every day and thus make a difference.
