Your tasks Lead the Withholding Tax department with 36 employees in personnel, technical, and organizational terms Ensure timely and legally compliant assessment of withholding tax Process tax law inquiries, provide information on the application of laws, and determine practical applications in the field of withholding tax Participate in various working groups and specialist committees and represent the Withholding Tax department Promote, motivate, and support team leaders and employees to achieve performance goals Your profile Legal education or higher vocational training (e.g., in the field of finance and accounting, fiduciary, etc.) High technical competence thanks to in-depth professional experience in taxation Sound leadership experience and strong negotiation skills Independent and responsible way of working with good French skills (level B1) Balanced, resilient personality with good communication skills We offer you Flexibility – Home office (up to 50%), flextime, and a modern working environment.
