• You want to sell, convince and close - and measure your success by concrete results
• You have completed basic training - ideally you have already completed the certification as a VBV insurance intermediary
• You appear confident, communicate clearly and win people over to your side
• You work in a structured manner, set ambitious goals - and achieve them consistently
• You possess a category B driver's license and ideally have an existing network in the Bern region
