Your tasks

• Together with your technically broadly positioned team, you will further develop the marketing and communication strategy and align it consistently with the corporate strategy. You set clear priorities, initiate effective measures, and make their contribution to the company's success measurable
• With a good sense of market and environmental developments as well as on the basis of sound analyses, you succeed in positioning the KSW in a targeted manner and strengthening its brand and reputation
• You design integrated and target-group-oriented communication across the relevant channels and ensure that the KSW appears convincingly and consistently towards patients, employees, referring physicians, partners, media, and the public
• You move confidently in a complex stakeholder environment and know how to bring different interests together. As a strategic sparring partner for the executive management as well as for the various departments and clinics, you actively contribute your expertise to hospital-strategic topics and help shape them
• You lead your area with a clear stance, trust, and a desire to shape. You provide your specialists with orientation and freedom, promote their further development, and establish a culture characterized by personal responsibility, cooperation, learning, and mutual feedback
• You proactively develop the organization, processes, and instruments of your area and set targeted new impulses. Your goal is to position marketing and corporate communication as a high-performance, modern, and strategically relevant function within the overall company

Your profile

• You have a sound education in the areas of marketing/communication (completed Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or communication at university level and solid further training in the other discipline) and bring experience in a comparable function
• With your implementation strength, performance orientation, and your strong leadership skills, you achieve successes together with your team
• You are a mature leadership personality, enjoy cooperation, and find it easy to deal with all stakeholder groups
• Furthermore, you possess excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills combined with an entrepreneurial flair
• Your personality is characterized by openness, resilience, curiosity, and empathy. You are flexible in your thinking and resilient
• Ideally, you bring experience in the healthcare sector
