For our customer in the Basel-Land area, we are looking for an immediate: Mitarbeiter Copasafe Band (m/w/d) 100% You benefit from: • Attractive shift allowances, including a 50 % supplement for night shifts • Entry into the pharmaceutical industry with long-term development and career opportunities • Modern working environment in an internationally successful company • Very good accessibility by public transport as well as free parking spaces What awaits you: • Labeling and palletizing the belts according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) • Correctly attaching stack flags to the containers • Controlling, scanning, and documenting production orders after completion • Cutting and preparing the belts for the further production process • Support with general production and packaging work • Compliance with all quality, safety, and hygiene regulations • Introduction and support of new temporary employees What distinguishes you: • Completed vocational training in the production, industrial, or technical field or several years of experience in a comparable activity in industrial production • Experience in working according to defined work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards • Experience in operating or monitoring production systems is an advantage • Strong quality awareness as well as a careful, reliable, and independent way of working • Readiness to work in 3-shift operation • Good physical fitness and resilience • Good German skills (at least level B2) • SAP knowledge in the production environment is an advantage • Readiness to successfully complete the internal training in the Copasafe department • Teamwork skills, flexibility, commitment, and sense of responsibility You have the talent, we provide the platform!
