With your careful way of working, you support the specialist departments in the efficient and license-compliant use of our software. operational License Manager (w/m/d) WHAT YOU DO * You are responsible for operational license management and implement the overarching license strategy in everyday life * You design, maintain, and update the relevant processes and data regarding software inventory, usage, and license rights * You create evaluations and reports as a basis for decisions * You check the license-compliant use of our software and assist in ensuring compliance * You support internal license reviews and participate in cross-departmental task forces if required * You advise Service Owners, management, and other stakeholders on all questions related to license management * You participate in ICT procurement projects and contribute your expertise WHAT YOU BRING * Completed vocational training, for example in the commercial field, in IT, or logistics, ideally supplemented by higher vocational training (e.g., business informatics or a comparable further education) * Professional experience in license management or in a related area such as IT service management, preferably in an IT service environment * Enjoyment of conceptual work as well as the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions * An independent, committed, and pragmatic personality who takes initiative, questions existing structures, and actively helps shape changes * Good German and English skills in spoken and written form THIS IS US We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
