What awaits you? ##

• Ensure the reception, handling and advising of clients at the headquarters
• Advise private clients on basic services and the use of e-banking, as well as on investment and pension solutions adapted to their needs
• Detect and optimize client potential through active follow-up of the assigned portfolio
• Collaborate on market prospecting measures, in particular during contact campaigns

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training or professional experience in the banking field
• Holder of an SAQ certification, an asset
• Proven experience in conducting advisory interviews and in the autonomous support of clients
• Ease in interpersonal relations, sense of welcome, negotiation skills and solution orientation
• Team spirit, adaptability, flexibility and quick-wittedness
• Ease with usual IT resources as well as with multimedia tools
